Why You Should Sign Up:
Comprehensive Coverage: This screening will count for both the 2024 and 2025 plan years, so you're covered for the next two years!
New This Year: If you passed the Cotinine (tobacco) screening last year, you won't need to retake it for the next year.
Limited Availability: Spots are limited, so don’t wait—sign up now to secure your place. If you can’t make it this month, don’t worry—additional screenings will be available in October and November.

What are dates for biometric screenings for November? I'm not a smoker and the recent sign up for 2025 benefits stated I needed to get tested to find out if I'm a smoker or my weekly rates go up...I've never been a smoker...Please update the November biometrics....Thxs!
