We are excited to announce a new feature for all dry van drivers: you can now attach and detach dry empty trailers via FreightBox Trailer Solutions!

Benefits:

• With a simple QR code scan and a few clicks, you're on your way!

• You no longer need to submit a Macro 24 to be attached.

• You and other drivers won't waste time going to an attached or damaged trailer.

• Trailer attach, detach, and damage is updated for everyone.

How do I attach/detach via FreightBox Trailer Solutions?

Tip: Hands-on learning is the easiest way to figure out the app. Jump in and try it yourself!

1. Go to your KT Mobile dashboard to see the FreightBox Trailer Solutions section.

2. Click on:

   1. Manage Empty Trailer - Dry

3. Detach: If you are showing as attached to another trailer in the system, you will be asked to detach.

4. Choose an empty trailer solution and:

   1. Scan the QR Code

   2. Or Enter the Trailer Number Manually

5. Complete the Assessment

6. Note on proximity: You may be asked to verify proximity to a trailer.

7. You're on your way!

Tip: You can also attach directly to any empty trailer you source via the FreightBox Find a Trailer function.

How can I submit feedback?

• For general problems, submit feedback via KT Mobile - FreightBox "Feedback" Button.

• For problems with specific trailers, enter Find a Trailer. Click on the Question Mark button. Enter the trailer details and submit.
